Ok place to eat

The waitstaff were friendly. Food was good. It seemed like the nicest restaurant in the immediate area.

Service was a little slow but good food.

Love the place and food but have had trouble with call in take out. Busy signal all the time. Makes me go and order there for take out.

I visited this place with reluctance because of previous negative experiences with this restaurant. This experience was just like the others I had had. The service was horrible and the food was subpar. I asked to speak to the manager and there wasn't one working that evening. I definitely would recommend trying any of the other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Great food friendly service at an affordable price

Class Reunion of M-M Class on 1960 tonight and had the steak for the first time at this restaurant. Was good!

Very good place to eat if you love Mexican they also have steak American ta which my daughter enjoys very much their house salad is quite good and I tried the nachos with beef and cheese it was delicious also you know the Margaritas are great Windy Cherokee Johnson

Food is always perfect, little too no waiting, and clean environment. Staff are friendly but over worked, and they normally have soccer on the tv going.

I just moved to the area and I enjoyed the Tacos Mexicanas (2 asada and 2 carnitas). The food was really delicious and service was fantastic.

I had to order a burger because they dont serve anything without onions. The waitress was nice and made sure to tell me to check my burger before i ate it. She could've paid more attention to her customers instead of talking to others that work there

El Puente is BY FAR the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever visited; I have tried all of them in the county and beyond, and none compare. My large extended family celebrates most birthdays here, and we all meet here about once a week for dinner. The prices are awesome, the drinks are always good, the food is wonderful! They have more seafood dishes on the menu than most in the area, and a few items other than the standard Mexican restaurant. The owner Jose, really cares about his customers, and I’ve never had a bad meal here! Try the el puente fajitas!

Sometimes the way they fix things varies but all in all it’s terrific!

We have been coming to this restaurant for years. The food and staff are usually great. Until tonight. Our food comes out and my husband's order is wrong. No big deal, we know mistakes happen. When the manager finally comes over to the table my husband says " my order is wrong" and the manager snatched up the plate and says " Im done with you, Im just done with you"!! Yes, he said it twice! He never asked what the problem was or how he could fix it. And honestly it was an easy fix. But seeing how he has a severe attitude problem we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere! So, guess what? El Puente, Im done with YOU!

We love their food. Don't let the full parking lot fool you they have lots of seating. Prices are very good and service has been good at every visit. Looking forward to the next visit.

Food tasted good I had the ACC with shrimp, refried beans that I ordered on the side was awesome so much flavor but here's the thing they only gave me like 6 med shrimp & a tsp of zucchini

Ordered cheese & rice to go with a cheese dip + salsa and chips. was told it would be ready in 15 - it took 50 minutes. The cheese dip was filled up half way as well as the salsas. The chips were stale. The salsa tasted SO rotten... it almost smelled like burned rubber. Definitely some kind of chemical.

Fast service. Friendly staff. Delicious food. LARGE portions. Inexpensive. Lots of homemade salsa with warm chips.

One of my favorite places for authentic Mexican food. My Mexican friends recommended this place to me. Generous portion sizes! More than a person can eat. Free chips with homemade salsa.

First time there and man it was extremely good!!!

Went to Madison to get food at a restaurant that was closed and we lucked into finding this one Staff was very kind in helping us and when we ordered cashier was kind enough to tell us they had a special and to order another plate at same price. Just sayin' as many cashiers would just ring up the sale and move you on. Food was very good and plentiful. Certainly plan to go back.

The service was exceptional and the people was extremely kind I would recommend this restaurant to take your Family to eat!!!

They have a large selection of food choices. The service is average. Not above and beyond, but nothing to complain about. Definitely the best Mexican in that little area! Have daily food and drink specials. Happy with it always!

Improvement could be made by getting your bill in a more timely manner. It takes longer to get your bill than it takes to order and eat your meal. Nice employees and great food!

Sat for 15 minutes and never took our order or drinks one time got up and left been going for years was good service
